What Heaven is Saying TodayBy Pastor James Durham

Shabbat Shalom!

This morning, as I was studying the Word of God, I received a word that my fast from FaceBook posts was over. I went into the Worship Room expecting the Lord to reveal something for His people. As I prayed with my eyes closed, I had a vision which was like my eyes alternately opening and closing (they were closed the entire time). The Holy Spirit told me that we have entered a time of extraordinary shifting. It will be so fast that we will have little time to understand one shift before the next one comes. People who are often described politically or spiritually as being on the left will come into prominence and many will be tempted to follow them, but they will quickly be replaced in position by those on the right. Before we can fully grasp this, it will shift back to the left. This will continue for some time. In the natural, none of these shifts are for our good but for the personal posturing of professional leaders. However, the Lord has something for us in this process. He wants us to learn to trust in Him alone for truth, justice, righteousness, wisdom and revelation. Nothing the world has to offer in this season will be helpful for you or me. In all of this, we are being called to repent and return so that we can restore our faith in the Lord. Isaiah 26:4, “Trust in the Lord forever, for in YAH, the Lord, is everlasting strength.”

Suddenly, I was carried in a vision to the courts of the Temple in Heaven. In the vision, I was standing in front of a huge painting on one wall. It was a very unusual painting. It was divided into many sections and there was little evidence of how all these things fit together. There was one common thing in each section of the painting. It was as if the colors of the painting were bleeding down mixed with something like rust and blood. Then the Holy Spirit helped me to understand. We are living in fragmented times among a fragmented people in a fragmented world. It is difficult for us to understand the message of the Lord while we are caught up in the process. We are being called to pull back from our circumstances and seek the Lord’s help. We need to ask for the Holy Spirit to manifest in power in our circumstances. I remembered something Jesus said in Luke 11:13, “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit tothosewhoask Him!”I am crying out for a greater anointing of the Holy Spirit. How about you?

In another vision, I saw a star shining extremely brightly in a bright blue sky. I knew it was a sign from the Lord when it appeared this bright in full daylight. I prayed for wisdom and revelation to understand this. Then I began to see the faces of many people who were in deep grief and great pain. Tears were flowing down their cheeks and it seemed there was no hope of relief coming to them. A season of great trouble and tribulation has been released over the unrighteous. People may feel that their situation is hopeless, but this is not the word from the Lord. He is calling people out of the darkness of doubt, fear, pain and grief. He is calling people to seek and be found by Yeshua ha Messiach! He is welcoming all those who will repent and return. This bright light from Heaven continued to shine in the midst of the dark troubles of those I was seeing. The light of God has not gone out. The light of the revelation of Jesus Christ is as bright (or brighter) as any time in human history. Now is the time to let the light of the Lord dispel all your darkness. This is the day of the Lord’s release and restoration. 1 John 2:8, “Again, a new commandment I write to you, which thing is true in Him and in you, because the darkness is passing away, and the true light is already shining.”
