What Heaven is Saying TodayBy Pastor James Durham

This morning I was praying to hear what the Father is saying today that we can say and to see what He is doing today that we should also be doing. Suddenly, I began to see something like splashing water. As I was able to see more clearly, I was kneeling over the River of Living Water as huge rain drops began to fall into the water. This confused me because I was not aware that it would rain in Heaven. The Lord was standing next to me and gently spoke, “These are the latter rains.” Then I understood that I was seeing something in the spirit with prophetic meaning. The latter rains are coming and we must be about the Father’s business quickly before they fall. I was led to Joel 2:23-24, “Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God; for He has given you the former rain faithfully, and He will cause the rain to come down for you—the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. The threshing floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil.” Remember the “first month” begins at sundown on March 16, 2018. This is a “just in time” word from the Lord.

Suddenly the vision shifted and I was walking on a beautiful path in Heaven. The path was lined with trees on the right and an open meadow on the left. The color of the foliage on the trees look like the season of autumn. It was beautiful and so peaceful. I felt the powerful presence of His Shalom Glory as I walked slowly along the path. However, I was pondering the difference in the seasons between Heaven and Earth. We are about to enter the season of spring on earth, but it was fall in the vision. Then I understood. It is harvest time in the spiritual realm. The rains are coming and we need to bring in all the tender and vulnerable crops. It is time to intensify our work in the harvest of souls for the Kingdom. Some have grown weary. Some have given up hope. Others have waited so long without seeing results and are beginning to doubt. We must not give up. We need to press in even more when these feelings come.

Remember what Yeshua said in John 4:35-38, “Do you not say, ‘There are still fourmonths and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest! And he who reaps receives wages, and gathers fruit for eternal life, that both he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together. For in this the saying is true: ‘One sows and another reaps.’ I sent you to reap that for which you have not labored; others have labored, and you have entered into their labors.” In this harvest season, many of us will be reaping what others have sown. We may also sow for others to reap. It doesn’t matter who does what because it is the Lord who gives the increase. The main thing is for us to be about our Father’s business now.

Suddenly, I was in the midst of another vision. I saw a man injured on the ground. He was covered with his own blood and was in great pain. I saw the Lord kneel next to him and begin to minister healing. The pain was taken away and each wound was being healed one by one. The Lord is releasing healing to wounded harvesters. He is healing people in spirit, soul and body. I saw the mental anguish being taken from the man as the physical wounds were healing. You may be one of His wounded harvesters. This is your time to receive healing from the Lord. The spirit of trauma is being cast off along with the spirits of infirmity, pain and fear. I saw a shoulder instantly healed. Next several injuries in the upper body were healed. A head wound was then healed. Gradually all parts of the man’s body were healed. This is a Word from the Lord for you today. Remember the words of Isaiah 53:5, “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healedThe operative word for today is, “…by His stripes we are healed.” It has already happened. Receive it now in the mighty name of Yeshua ha Messiach! Amen and Amen!
