Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item either must be damaged upon delivery, or the incorrect item must have been received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Claims made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund. To initiate a refund, please contact us at j.durham59@yahoo.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow between 3-5 working days to receive your refund.
