Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are no longer liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your order is delayed or gets lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
