Shabbat Shalom!
This morning the Lord revealed that another falling away is beginning now. I was given another vision in the training room of Heaven and saw several people walking side by side. However, when they reached a certain point they paused and then went separate ways. The separations seemed very peaceful, but my experience of the parting of ways between people in the past has been anything but peaceful. It takes a great deal of emotional energy to cause two people who have gotten very close to suddenly part ways. I asked to understand how this could be so peaceful, and the Lord told me that the ones who remained were living in His Shalom Glory and they will experience peace no matter how tumultuous these situations may be. He was demonstrating in the vision how it will be in our experience when people decide to stop walking with us on our spiritual journey. Many of you have experienced the pain of separation as well. This word of the Lord for you today, is to stay in His Shalom Glory, and let Him saturate you with Shalom in spirit, soul, and body.
Then the Lord began to minister to those who were still walking with Him. The Spirit revealed that we are being told in advance so that when it comes we will not be surprised or experience any traumatic spiritual injuries. We know that this has to happen. We also know that it will not be a pleasant time. However it will be a time of increase in the gifts of the Spirit and in the level of your anointing. After each of these separations, I saw the Lord releasing more and more spiritual gifts and placing His right hand on each of His people to release an increase of authority and anointing.
My thoughts were directed by the Holy Spirit to 2 Thessalonians 2:1-3a, “Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of £Christ had come. Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first,”
It is very important at this time to exercise control over your thoughts and emotions. Remember 1 Corinthians 14:32-33, “And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets. For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.” We must not get into fear or anxiety during this time. Remember that as Paul taught, God is the author of peace not confusion. In this season, we need to hold to His Word and meditate on the power statements which will keep us free from oppressive spirits. Meditate on 2 Timothy 1:7, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
Always remember that the Lord calls us to stand strong in the face of the enemy. Do not fear! Do not be anxious! For the Lord your God is with you. Think on this question asked by Paul, If He is for you, who can be against you? Look again at Philippians 4:6-7, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
May you be fully equipped in this hour to serve the Lord in strength and resilience! May you be filled with the peace which exceeds all our understanding! May your eyes remain fixed on Jesus! Follow Him closely at all times! He will never leave you nor forsake you! Trust in Him always and continue to accomplish His purposes in your life and ministry! Amen and Amen!
Shabbat Shalom!
