CHAG PESACH SAMEACH!
I was lifted in the Spirit to a place in Heaven which I have never visited before. What I saw stunned me for a short time. The room looked like a medical examiners autopsy room. I was standing next to an examination table looking down on a huge angel whose appearance was awe inspiring. The angel looked like it was 8 or 9 feet tall and was resting on its wings almost like it was in a nest. The breastplate on this angel was amazingly beautiful. As I looked at the angel, I was convinced that this was no ordinary angel. It appeared to be an archangel and everything about it spoke of the authority of God which had accompanied this angel as he served the Lord. But now, he appeared to be dead and I understood in my spirit that he had died in the great end-time battle.
The Lord moved forward and stood across the table from where I was standing and said, “I AM the resurrection and the life! Do you believe this?” I do believe this, but before I could say it, the Lord put his right hand on the chest of the angel and he immediately came back to life. He arose from the table fully restored. My thoughts went to John 11:25-26, “Jesus said to her (Martha), “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” I pondered the question at the end of this passage which was the same question Jesus asked this morning: “Do you believe this?”
This is the real question isn’t it? Do you believe in the depth of your heart, beyond a shadow of doubt, that Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life? In this present warfare, we need to stand on this in faith so that we never allow fear to hold us back. In these last days, we must hold to this in order to have the boldness to speak the name of Yeshua ha Messiach in the presence of angry mobs, kings and judges. When Yeshua asked the question this morning, He paused and looked deeply into my soul to see how true my confessions are. Will we stand the test as Yeshua asks the question of each of us? “Do you believe this?”
For a brief moment, I almost felt sorry for the enemy. He is facing an army of warriors who cannot die. If they do die in the body, they will immediately be raised back to life and empowered to enter the battle again with a new resolve. Can you imagine the faith and resolve you will have when you suddenly find yourself raised from the dead? This is a season to break off every last remnant of the spirit of fear (2 Timothy 1:7). This is a time to build up our most holy faith. Jude 1:20-21, “But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.” I noticed that the end state of building up our “most holy faith” is eternal life. Do you believe this?
At this point something really strange happened and at first I dismissed it, but it happened over and over. I saw a large riding lawnmower in the center of the room being repaired and restore to service. I just didn’t get the image of a lawn mower. Then the Spirit revealed to me that this was symbolic of the tools we need to subdue the earth and have dominion over it. The tools we have been given to do our work of seedtime and harvest become the tools of spiritual warfare when the battle begins. Remember again the word of the Lord in Joel 3:9-10, “Proclaim this among the nations: “Prepare for war! Wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near, let them come up. Beat your plowshares into swords and your pruning hooks into spears; let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’” Isaiah (v. 2:4) and Micah (v. 4:3) gave the same prophetic word. We have three witnesses to this truth. As you sow and harvest now, you are restoring and repairing your tools for warfare. You are being made ready now – if you are willing to receive it.
On this first day of Passover (Pesach), we remember that the angel of death has passed over us and the Lord has called us to eternal life. Do you believe this? If you do, this is the time for it to be established it in your spirit! Now is the time to act on this faith and fend off every move of the enemy! May you have the supernatural faith which will anchor this in your soul as well as your spirit! Amen and Amen!
