This morning I was in an especially deep level of gratitude to the Lord. He did mighty and awesome things in our presence yesterday, at “The Gathering” in North Wilkesboro, NC. His grace and glory continued to manifest to us on the way home and throughout the evening. This was one of those really awesome times in the presence of the Lord. As I closed my eyes in worship this morning, the Lord gave me a vision which touched me in a very powerful way. I saw the Ark of God coming down from the Temple in Heaven to be in our midst on the Earth. It was surrounded by His fiery Glory presence like a mighty amber glow of fire and power. I could hear the Heavenly Host singing over and over, “Now arise, O Lord God, and come to your resting place, you and the ark of your might!” (2 Chronicles 6:41 and Psalm 132:8)
I received a strong witness in my spirit that we are about to experience the manifestation of His Glory as most of us have never seen or experienced it before. It will bring awesome experiences of the Lord’s Glory which will change lives forever. I am filled with expectancy and gratitude today. His Glory is getting stronger every day and I can hardly wait for the next outpouring.
Suddenly, I was lifted back to the classroom in Heaven and watched as Jesus lifted His hand over each person and released a powerful and life changing blessing. It is very good when someone we respect releases a blessing over us, but it is with overwhelming joy that we receive it directly from the Lord. Then He spoke to us, “Now is a time of blessing! In the way that you receive it, release it to others. There is a great need among my people to receive blessing and favor in this hour.” My thoughts went back to Genesis 12:2-3, “I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” I understood in the Spirit that we have entered again into a season of powerful and transforming blessing, People have heard too much judgment and condemnation, gloom and doom, and angry threats of eternity in Hell. Now, people need to receive the blessing and be loved into the kingdom of God and give rest in His glory.
As I received and celebrated this from the Lord, I was suddenly carried in the Spirit to another place which looked very familiar. It looked like a larger version of the Upper Room just outside the wall of the Old City in Jerusalem. The giant arches and vaulted ceilings seem to be filled with an air of expectancy of another outpouring of the Holy Spirit onto the Lord’s faithful disciples. I am so ready for it! How about you? In my spirit I was filled again with expectancy and great joy from the Lord. I sensed that at any moment the Lord’s people would flow into this vast room and a great outpouring of the Spirit would be released. As the disciples needed that power to fulfill their mission, destiny, and purpose given by the Lord, we too have that need right now. I am so hungry for more of His glory, more of His grace, more of His power, and more of His presence! How about you? My spirit and soul went back to a promise from the Lord, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.” (Matthew 5:6) I want to be filled now! How about you?
I am so thirsty for more of Him and I am standing on the promise of Isaiah 55:1-3, “Ho! Everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat. Yes, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Why do you spend money for what is not bread, and your wages for what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good, and let your soul delight itself in abundance. Incline your ear, and come to Me. Hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you— the sure mercies of David.” I am constantly seeking to be with a group of people as hungry and thirsty as I am to press in together for what the Lord is ready to pour out to us. Join with me as we sincerely cry out to the Lord, “Now arise, O Lord God, and come to your resting place, you and the ark of your might!” All I need and all I want in this hour is Him! May He be drawn to us as we draw near to Him with hearts ready to receive whatever He is ready to release to us! Amen and Amen!!!!
